Our services are also available to apartment and loft dwellers alike, and in some cases, discounts are available to both the staff and residents.  With properties where there is a leasing office that is staffed full time, the resident can simply bring their items to the office for a Mon-Wed-Friday pick-up. Usually a small, out of the way closet is all that is needed as a “drop-off/pick-up” location.

At locations where a full time leasing staff is not kept on the property, as such is the case with smaller complexes and some inter-city lofts, our service can be facilitated by picking up and delivering directly to the resident’s door (at no additional charge).  We’ll provide a convenient door hook that can be hung over the top of the door from the inside.
